18/11/2025. I have had an account with Roon for 2 years (PC Windows). I have never had any problems until today. When I logged on today, to start with, I saw that it said it had failed to connect with Tidal. I pressed, 'Retry' but that never worked. I could still play my own local music on my drive. I then restarted my PC (windows), still the same. Then I looked for advice. Following this, I logged out of Roon, then it wouldn't let me log in again. (the loop thing). Now, I get the message 'There was an issue loading your library'. I wish I hadn't logged out. I am not confident enough to load a backup. I don't understand how this may have happened. I would be very grateful if you could help me in any way, as soon as possible. 19/11/2025: When I try to log on, it says 'connect to your Roon server' , when I press 'connect' it says 'there was an issue loading your library'. I am not the world's most computer literate guy, I love my Roon library and I'm afraid of losing it.. Help! Cheers, Duncan
