Roon Won't launch

Running Surface tablet Pro9, completely optioned, have 2 computers that run Roon, home and office, updated software on home server and phone over weekend an now one at work will not open, reinstalled software and tried to update .net, but was up to date, just sits on open screen. isn’t there a number to call?, this process of getting help is slow and ridiculous, phone app won’t launch at work either, please have someone contact me via phone [redacted] Steve

Which device are you using at work, and are you using it as a Roon Remote, a Core, or Arc? Is your Surface being used as a core at both home and work?
