I can log in to Tidal desktop. I have Tidal set up in room and it normally works fine. This evening it won’t log me in. If I go to the Tidal service it says bad username or password. They are both correct, I tested them by logging out and back in to my native Tidal app.

This happens to me every month my Tidal subscription renews. Now that I know the answer it’s not a major inconvenience to reboot my core every month but perhaps one of those irritations to get a permanent fix for and save confusion for others? Do we know root cause and any timeframe for the fix?
