Roon won't start and cannot be uninstalled

Description of Issue

On 27/07, the Roon app was upgraded to the last build and since then Windows cannot start Roon. I tried to reboot and uninstall Roon but I am facing “Please qui all instances of Roon before continuing”

After that, went to the Task Manager and tried to kill any Roon processes and it was impossible.

So I went to create the log file. How and to whom do I send that?

You didn’t say if you are running Roon or Roon Server.

If Server, to bring it down, see this article.

If it’s the complete Roon package, then it must be in your Startup procedures. Either Start in Windows Safe mode or remove Roon from the Startup group and reboot.

Restarted windows in safe mode, uninstalled keeping settings, reinstalled and it worked!
