Also, I just tried making a backup to my usb external hard drive but it won’t work, says unauthorized folder. Tried making a backup to my internal drive and that worked fine.

For your external hard drive, macOS should ask you if you want to allow access when you plug it in. Didn’t it do that? Does the Airport appear in Roon > Settings > Audio at all?

Here’s some new info on that. Just tried manual backup again now to that seagate usb drive and now getting a message I haven’t seen before. After selecting the seagate and pressing select this folder, in red letters it says backup failed unable to create backup directory.

Congrats to the progress, nearly there! I don’t know what’s going on with that drive, but most likely the support staff can quickly spot the specific error in the logs when they return next week, so I guess waiting will be the fastest way :slight_smile:
