Description of Issue

Hi,

Previously I had a windows Roon server and downloading to Roonarc worked fine.

Since switching to ROCK, I have big problems with Roonarc. I can no longer download my playlist music to the device.

I just get the message, “Download could not be initiated. Please try again.”

What is up with this fubar?

You may have to reset the ARC app possibly (but will lose all downloads)

Already did. That didn’t fix it. I also tried reinstalling RoonArc and rebooting ROCK.

So, does ROCK just not work with downloading content to Roonarc? Do I need to move Roon core back to my Windows server to make sure it works properly?

EDIT: I have noticed that some of my content will download, it’s just my biggest playlist that won’t.

I have read now that this is a known bug.

Any idea when it will be fixed?

Probably not the issue, but, just wanted to make sure you are aware.

Rock is officially supported only on the specified NUC hardware. Running it on any other hardware is considered tinkering.

Can you remember/link where?
