Hi @Kevin_Farley,

We’re terribly sorry for the delay in responding to your report.

Since it’s been some time, I first wanted to check to see if you’re still experiencing this problem on the most recent Roon build.

The crash logs you submitted indicate this might be related to an ongoing issue we’re actively investigating with our QA team. The issue affects Windows Cores. You can find the main tracking thread here, where we’ll be posting regular updates as we progress towards a resolution.

I’ll keep an eye out for your response, and we’ll troubleshoot from there.

This problem still persists and Roon is unusable until this is corrected.
