When I have an active zone playing, I’m unable to unlock my phone. Tries to unlock then kicks back to locked. Phone will eventually self restart. As long as I don’t have a roon playing zone selected, phone operates normally. I have tried deleting app data, clearing cache and reinstall.
Roon Remote version is 2.0 Build 1496. Same behavior if I try to unlock using biometrics or code.
Work around for this issue is to disable “Enable Lock Screen controls” on roon remote setup.
Has there been any updates on this? This is a serious problem as many of us cannot delete the lock screen because of work issues.
I don’t know about “delete the lock screen”, but the suggestion was to switch off “Enable Lock Screen Controls” in the setup menu.
