Sorry for the delay. I was on a cruise and hadn’t caught up on email for a few days.
The app crash issue appears to be going on in the background. For example, I used Arc on my phone a couple of days ago, and this morning I am getting the error message (see attached screenshot). This is the same issue that has been occurring since I have been using Arc.
Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Are you able to pull diagnostics or do I need to send you something?
