Hi @jean-louis_SIMEON,

Thank you for your post. What is the particular message you’re encountering in the UI when you attempt to connect to your RoonServer in the Roon app on the Samsung phone?

Please share a screenshot. Diagnostics from RoonServer indicate that there are at least 10 available network interfaces - for due diligence, verify that the Samsung phone in question is connected to the same subnetwork as your other Roon devices.

If your RoonServer isn’t visible at all or the app is hanging during launch/onboarding/login, then try reinstalling from the Play Store or via the APK. The most recent update may have failed to install properly on this phone, as it’s not presenting any information to our servers.

Thank you!

Hi Connor

It’s weird yesterday i try several times to reinstall the app with no success.

And this morning, i’ve reinstalled the app and it works fine

Thank you

regards

Thanks for the update! We’re glad to hear the issue is resolved. Diagnostics do seem to indicate the phone has pinged our servers in the last few days. However, if the issue does return, please open a new support thread and we’ll respond promptly.
