Description of

I no longer have my Roon core after my local electric company had a scheduled power outage this AM.

I shutdown my new Mac Mini and router etc when I returned power no Roon.

I tried signing in several times even changed my password to EXACT same one when you kept rejecting it and signed in but still no core.

Is there any way of you restoring it?

Audirvana studio restarted without a problem as did Tidal but with Qobuz only the web player works yet I am signed in on both on Audirvana.

Would just like my lifetime subscription back — can you help?

Have you looked to make sure your Core is running? I don’t know anything about Mac. But this is what my NAS shows for the Core status.

@Stephen_Horvath thanks for the reply but I have no idea if the core is playing but I have 2 administrators both myself one has the problem above that I described I couldn’t sign in at first it refused my Password I changed it same one I had theni every time ROON would say YOU ARE SIGNED IN it would search for my Core and the flywheel icon would go round and round—this never happened before the scheduled outage and I shutdown the Mac turned off power surge panels before the outage. I used my other administrator ROON opened appropriately I had to resign into TIDAL and Qobuz got immediately connected all my personal playlists are there but when I try to play ANYTHING there is no sound!! Audirvāna Studio never missed a beat my separate TIDAL and Qobuz apps work and there is sound from all services except ROON. Can anyone else help especially in support? Why does all 3 other services work and not ROON—- I am a lifetime subscriber almost since inception—- wouldn’t easiest thing to do is just give me a new lifetime subscription and let ROON gather all my albums playlists music on my hard drive and on TIDAL and Qobuz? This has nothing to do with almost new Schiit DAC&Amp nor does it have anything to do with my new M1 Mac mini—- it’s all ROON— I would like it work again please. Bobbmd

Hi @bobbmd ,

Apologies for the delayed response here.

If you are seeing the Unauthorized screen, you are able to safely click on Unauthorize and re-authorize the Core. If you were using the Mac as the Core previously, you can press on “Use this PC” to re-activate the Mac Core functionality. If you are still having issues after, can you please share a few screenshots of what you are seeing?
