Scrolling through albums takes a long time to load

I’m experiencing similar problems. My core is so slow it’s ridiculous. Scrolling through albums it can take up to 2 minutes to show a new page. Clicking an album it can take a minute before it shows. Thank god the iPad remote works.

Just noticed this post was about music buffering slowly. Only read “slow”. Sorry for hijacking the thread. Maybe Roon can put it in its right place.

I have split your post into it’s own thread so that I can better assist. Do you mind providing some additional info here?

  • What is your Core model/manufacturer?
  • Where is your media stored (streaming/local HDD/NAS/ect.)?
  • How large is your library?
  • Does rebooting your Core help with this behavior?
