Downloaded Hi-Res album from both HRA (Germany) and Qoboz UK. When imported into Roon only 3 of the 14 tracks are recognised. Using RoonServer w/ Synology 3617xs NAS. Album plays fine with other media players. Any thoughts on how to resolve please?
UPDATE:
I solved the issue by forcing RoonServer to do a manual rescan of all my files . All tracks are now showing but why did Roon not do this initially??
Might be that the auto scan was already performed while copying the files was still in progress.
