Search albums, not all albums are displayed

I have some issues with album searching.
For example, I have a collection of compilation albums called “538 Hitzone” editions 1 to 93.
When I search in Roon for “538 Hitzone” not all editions are shown (only 50 editions of 93)
However, if I search for a specific 538 Hitzone album (which was not found in the general search), it will be shown.

All files are wav or flac format and are on my nas with the folder structure:
538 Hitzone\538 Hitzone 01
538 Hitzone\538 Hitzone 02
538 Hitzone\538 Hitzone 03\

All albums are tagged in the same way and also recognized by Roon.
Anyone have any idea how this is possible?

Search tracks results limited to 50 tracks

When using Search there’s a hard limit of 50 results from the local library for reasons I don’t know about. As you’ve already figured out to get all possible local results for a certain category (albums, tracks, …) you need to use the other means Roon provides - like using the funnel filter in the respective category. BTW I’ve asked for a change to this behaviour but it’s not looking like it’s of much interest.

@Steven_Kooijman You may be able to use the albums browser’s “filter” feature, rather than using search.

Go to the album browser:

Then click on the filter funnel icon:

Then type in whatever you want:

That indeed works and I had already thought of that. But I didn’t know that the “normal” search function was limited to 50 random albums in a collection.
