Search function not returning known artists results (ref#SXT42J)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· I logged in this morning and the search box is not working correctly. It does work some but, when I type in well known artists, such as Weather Report and David Bowie it states no results. This issue has never happened before. I logged out and in again with same results.

To help us narrow this down, could you please clarify whether this search issue affects:

• Your local library content, or
• Streaming services (such as Qobuz or TIDAL), or
• Both?

For example, when you search for artists like Weather Report or David Bowie, do they exist in your local library, your streaming service, or both — and are no results returned at all, or only from one source?

This will help us determine whether the issue is related to local indexing, streaming service search, or search aggregation in Roon.

Do you mean my local library with Roon? It is available but, has a limited selection of tracks I mostly never selected in the first place and, I have no idea why?. I use TIDAL which in the past was automatically connected when I open Roon. Neither of the artists have any returned search results at all.

I have an EVO 432 server

Update, there was an issue with my Tidal account & it needed to be updated, I did that and it reconnected. Issue resolved!
