Hello, I have a lifetime account.
I have great trouble for the moment because the search button doesn't give any results, except for the things located in my library.
Search button doesn't work on my MacBook Air and neither on my iPhone Roon remote.
I work with a MacBook Air with Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.10 (due to the age of my MacBook, I can not upgrade to a newer OS version).
On my MacBook I have Roon version 1.8 (Build 1151) production 1X.
I have an iPhone 12 with iOS 17.4.
On this iPhone I have Roon 1.8 Remote (Legacy) version 1.8.01151.
In my Roon account Qobuz and Tidal are active.
So at this moment I can not use Roon to search tracks I want to listen to.
I hope you can help me, otherwise I would have to use the apps of Tidal and Qobuz.
Best regards,
Antoon.

Hi @Antoon_Decock,

Can you confirm you do not have the library filter button enabled when you perform a search? Here is a screenshot of the button disabled (not purple):

You can find it directly left of the filter search bar.

Hello, thanks for your answer. It appears that even with a Mac you can change the DNS. I took some info at the IT department on my work. But even without changing it, search function works again! Good news!

Hi Benjamin, thanks for the follow-up. Yes I tried the two, with the symbol in grey search through the complete catalogue (Qobuz and Tidal) and with the blue symbol highlighted, means search only in my collection. At a certain moment neither of the two worked!
I don’t know the reason why but now everthing works normal again. Good news! On my MacBook Air and also on my iPhone 12.
Great news about the new Nucleus One, I’m interested! I have a RME ADI-2 DAC to connect it. In that case which Roon software will I have to install on my MacBook Air (mid 2013) with OS version Big Sur (no more possibility to upgrade) to access the Nucleus One?
Thanks a lot for your help, Antoon.
