I’ve moved your posts to this new thread because its root cause is different from where you posted it. What seems to be happening here are local timeouts on your servers. The error message is unfortunately a bit misleading.
The gist is that “the” matches a good chunk of your library’s content, including “theater”, so “the the” is having a hard time being evaluated among all the irrelevant stuff.
Another issue I see is in the UI in ARC displaying both “can’t connect” and the actual result. I’ll report that to the team.
