Service Alert: Account Login and Connectivity Issues

Thank you for your patience while we investigated the “Unexpected Error” and login/connection issues reported today.

What Happened: We identified a DNS resolution issue between our servers and our network provider, Cloudflare. This was linked to a routing update on the Cloudflare network, which caused intermittent failures for Roon logins, “Metadata Improver Paused” errors, and synchronization issues with Tidal and Qobuz.

Services should now to be back normal. If you are still seeing connectivity errors, please reboot your Roon Server and any remote devices to clear the local DNS cache.

We are continuing to monitor the stability of the connection. If you have further trouble, please let us know in the tracking thread below. :folded_hands:
