Greetings and thanks advance. I am trying to set up a brand new Nucleus and have entered an unescapable loop. I followed instructions of entering my subscription code, completed this only once, and as far as I know created only one account. I never even reached the step to update Nucleus firmware. However, now I receive the following message:
Carl, that appears to have done the trick. I am very grateful for your assistance and super excited about becoming a Roon user. But, I am not super comfortable with computer tech so I expect this community will be seeing more queries from me down the road. I look forward to the day when I graduate from being a newbie to a resource.
