Setting up Nucleus for first time - Cannot Sign in - Now in Loop

Greetings and thanks advance. I am trying to set up a brand new Nucleus and have entered an unescapable loop. I followed instructions of entering my subscription code, completed this only once, and as far as I know created only one account. I never even reached the step to update Nucleus firmware. However, now I receive the following message:

You’re already signed in.
Your subscription allows you to sign in to 1 Roon Server at a time, but it looks like you’ve already set up another Roon Server.
To connect to the Roon Server you previously set up, just click Go Back above.”

But when I click go back and reenter my credentials, I come back to this page.

The only visible option I see on this page is “Unauthorize”. Guidance please.

Sometimes Roon’s authorisation system gets confused and thinks the current Roon Server is a different machine.

Just click on the unauthorise icon (it’s quite safe) and login as normal.

Carl, that appears to have done the trick. I am very grateful for your assistance and super excited about becoming a Roon user. But, I am not super comfortable with computer tech so I expect this community will be seeing more queries from me down the road. I look forward to the day when I graduate from being a newbie to a resource.
