Well, turns out the McIntosh was not for me after all. After a while I realised it sounded like an old EL34 guitar amp - which I guess is great for some, but not my taste. So, it’s been replaced with a Benchmark AHB2 and DAC3 HGC. I agree with anyone else, this is a keeper! I’ve still got to fix the cable management, but here it is (and a bit harder to spot than the Mc too):
