I have switched my Esoteric S-05 back to Luxman 590AXii. No comparison. Even without subs, Luxman wins. And more musical and more details.

Love to see another Luxman… I miss my 509X dearly, it was simply the best amplifier I had ever owned. The 590 is also superb, but didn’t fulfill my power demands 
They make such lovely stuff. Scales of economy mean that (IMHO) luxman punch above their price point (even though the price is quite high).
Where else can you get a flagship amplifier built to that quality level, for that money!
The built in phono stage is also excellent, and as long as it suits your cart, it works well.

Old JBL PA gear and some DIY boxes ( UHF drivers) and alot of other old PA gear, and a dbx driverack pa2 with rta mic to make some adjustments.
Currently using 2x JBL SR4733a, 2x JBL SRX 725, 4x JBL SRX 718s and 2x (DIY boxes with 2x JBL ST450 uhf drivers in each box)
Crown xti2 4002 to power the 4 subs
Dynamic precision PA 500H to power the 4 uhf drivers
Dynamic precision PA1000H to power the 2 sr4733a in parallel with the 2 srx725
Smsl do400 DAC (usb) or via smsl po100 pro (i2s) at the moment connected to ROON rock (HP Z2 G4 mini) or auralic Vega via rj45 (network)

I’ve got myself a little upgrade in the living room.
I’ve bought my first R2R DAC. A FIIO K11 R2R. And boy does it sound great analog and organic. I am using it in NOS mode.
My CXN V2 connects to it through coax. And also directly through XLR to my CXA81 amplifier. Having options is always nice.
I am using the Bluesound Node X if I want to listen to trance etc. Where it’s cleaner sound and fat bass excel.
My Cambridge DacMagic 200M has moved to the office. Where it sits between my WiiM Ultra and a pair of active monitor speakers.

My friend has a lovely new high-ceiling (3.4m) dedicated listening room. It needed some treatment so we made some of these 2.4 x 0.7m diffusers - worked a treat
