Shuffle left “on” - Can it be made to timeout to off

I’ve been there many times, always encountering some objection as to why it can’t be done.

Here are some of my frustrations -

The unbearable persistence of Shuffle - Constantly getting sandbagged by this. In the morning I listen to a Shuffled jazz queue and in the afternoon I tried to listen to some Mahler, e.g… We all know what happened. A shuffled symphony doesn’t make much sense. Turning off shuffle

Roon programmers, please, for the love of all that is holy, make shuffle persist only for the length of the queue that is playing when shuffle is turned on (including any tracks that may be added while the queue is still playing). That is, once the queue is exhausted, turn shuffle off. Better yet have a parameter that lets the customer choose how he wants shuffle to act.

Shuffle "switch" toggle off by default

This is my biggest complaint about Roon. I forget how other players work but I don’t think Shuffle stays on all the time.

It’s not necessarily clear what “after a queue is finished” means

As I’ve stated many times (too many times, really) a queue is finished when that message ‘Go find something to play’ is displayed.
