Silent Angel vitOS Boot Problems

Hi,
thanks a lot. That was to simple for me…

Good news, it is easily done.
Hopefully all good for you now

Hello,

my system is not running 24/7, so what ist the best thing to shut the RaspberryPi 4
down? Simply cutting the power could damage the file system on the sd card or?

Thanks in advance,

Michael

Michael you can use SSH (putty on Windows) to login to your VitOS machine by ip address root/root from memory.

You can then use the shutdown command to power the device off.

Other than what @Michael_Harris has point out, you can also use raspconttoller app (android) to shutdown the RPi. It can also be use to monitor CPU, RAM or Temperature. You can also do ssh via the app

Hope it helps

Thank you both for your replies and advice !

I have an active 3-way system. I used ROCK on Core i7, a Vitos Pi4B, with tablet control. Everything works but I have a problem, the playback is only on the right speaker. Can anyone confirm that Pi4 supports playback of the 6 channels via USB to DAC 8PRO?
Thank you.
