I’m having the same or similar issues. Constant re-log in demands, playback stops and overall, the system seems to have completely slowed down. After log-in , it can take 2 minutes for Roon to launch, everything has become clunkier and slower. Looks like a step back…
The Roon @support team prefer one topic per customer’s issue… so they are able to track it and focus on each individual problem. hence I split out your topic.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Are you using the latest version of QNAP? There have been some changes that might help with this, but it is still going through the QNAP App Store cycle, you can install a manual copy in the meantime though, see:
