Description of Issue

An album by John Zorn A garden of forking paths is not showing on Roon.

The files are uploaded on a hard drive on nucleus plus : example of path for the first track

\NUCLEUSPLUS\Data\Storage\InternalStorage\John Zorn\A Garden of Forking Paths\01 John Zorn - Riverrun (Beckett’s Labyrinth).flac

The skipped files directory on roon is empty.
I can read the track from another player, it is not corrupted.

I can’t see it no matter the remote device I am using ipad, windows11…

Hi @Serge_Cohen ,

If the files are not showing up under skipped files, it’s possible that Roon did add the tracks but they have not been identified properly.

If you try to navigate to Roon Settings → Storage and re-add just the \NUCLEUSPLUS\Data\Storage\InternalStorage\John Zorn\A Garden of Forking Paths\ path as a new location and then use Focus > Storage Locations to locate that album, does it show up properly then?

Thank you for your answer. Sorry I did not reply earlier, but I was not waiting for an answer anymore.
Actually I stopped the nucleus plus and started it again. The album and some others
appeared. Anyway I keep your idea to create a new location for skipped files.
Best regards

Serge Cohen.
