Description of Issue
I just don’t seem to get ARC connected to core, despite manual setup of port forwarding. Port is definitely open, checked with OS commands.

After contacting my ISP SkySat I was told that they provide their customers with a private IP address which blocks direct remote access. Obviously this is nowhere to be found on their website and now they offer a static and public IP address at an extra cost.
Typical case of questionable upselling.
Case closed.
I’m sorry to hear you’re among the customers for whom carrier-grade network address translation is blocking ARC in its current implementation.
Please note the team is working diligently to build mechanisms to enable automatic port forwarding with the most common implementations of CG-NAT. We hope to include this updated compatibility in a future release.
