Slow and Unresponsive Roon App on Nucleus (ref#G9XHUG)

Description of Issue

Roon app extremely slow to respond. After reboot Nucles app cannot find the Nucleus core anymore. My internet is fast 700 mb/sec and all other streaming services working great except Roon since recent updates. I see on Roon community support that lots of users experience the same problem, please respond otherwie I will cancel my subscription by year end.

Please give some more details, e.g.

  • what device are you using to host the Roon app
  • is the device connected via ethernet or wifi
  • you said “slow and unresponsive”, but then you said “cannot find the Nucleus anymore” - is this now a permanent loss of finding the Nucleus?
  • can you still connect to the Nucleus’s Web Administration Interface?
