Slow load and only partial TIDAL MASTERS

HELLO;
ROON is loading very slowly.
Only a partial list of TIDAL MASTERS is showing and that little circle in upper right hand corner is just spinning around and around next to ‘MASTERS’.
No MASTERS play lists the ones I made are on my playlists-do I have make them part of a playlist I CREATE on TIDAL and then they will transfer or show up as MY playlists?
mac mini late 2012 i7 16GB RAM
Google Chrome
USB out to ME2 0031v1717
blue light is on indicating MQA
WiFi 2.4 and 5GHz on Spectrum/TimeWarner
Apple Time Capsule extreme 2TB HD green light is on CAT6A

What is displayed if you click on the spinning circle.
Have you tried, restarting the Roon core?

@Carl=i think i already responded all fixed ie TIDAL MASTERS all loaded but ROON still loads ever so slowly always has but not end of the end of my world
