Slow load times for tracks and app with ROCK server (ref#RQ3CDH)

I was experiencing slow load about a week ago and there was an update to my ROCK. The situation was resolved up until today. Experiencing lags of 30 seconds or more whether local files or Qobuz.

I applied updates and disabled Qobuz and the problem persists with only local files.

Timestamp 06:20:13, Track is Cleveland County Blues. Never did play! Another at 6:23:09 Cherokee.
