Describe the issue

Since one of the last Updates adding Music from Tidal to roon needs a very long time (it feels like Minutes). During the „import“ I see the Import-Marker and the Indexing-Marker working. There is no difference between the Tidal qualities like max or normal.
I restartet my Client and the complete Server for several times and all versions are up to date…

Thank you for the post and your patience. Are you still encountering this issue? The team will activate diagnostics and investigate promptly.

Please elaborate on your network topology in the meantime - how have you connected your RoonServer machine to the internet? What network hardware is involved?

I tested everything like reboot of the Client-Hardware or the Server.
After delete the Clients on iPads/iPhones/Mac and new Installation, everything works fine.

Only the iPad-Client freezes very often…since the last Autum…
