Hello. I have been experiencing where smart downloads are not able to be played after they are downloaded. The downloads appear to complete and I am on wifi while downloading. Is there something I am missing?

Hello. I have not seen any error messages with the smart downloads. Only that the music doesn’t play.

Please share a screenshot of both the Now Playing screen and the Signal Path when attempting to play these Smart-Downloaded tracks. That should sufficiently illuminate the issue so that our team can interpret what’s going wrong.
