[Solved] TIDAL content is still not synced properly

I’ve installed the early access version. No change to functionality. Playlists are still missing content and albums from Tidal will not add to my Roon library.

Hi, @Chris_Woolman, thank you for your report, I split your post in to a separate thread so that we can focus on troubleshooting your issue.

Could you please specify what was the issue you were having before switching to Early Access? Is it the issue when playlists and content was partially missing from the TIDAL library in Roon or playlists did not sync properly for you?

Thanks!

Ivan

@Chris_Woolman, could you please do the following:

  1. Terminate your RoonServer
  2. Open Finder
  3. Press cmd + shift + g
  4. Enter ~/Library/RoonServer/Database/Registry/Core/
  5. Press Enter
  6. Locate the file called tidal_storage_sync_version_....
  7. Delete it
  8. Launch RoonServer
  9. See if your issue is resolved?

Thanks!

Ivan

This fix worked for me to get my Tidal tracks/artists/etc. “flowing” again into Roon. I installed EarlyAccess and then deleted the file. Everything came back. I then moved back to the production build–still good. Thank you!

I posted in a different thread that the EA update didn’t fix things, but now it has. Not sure if it just took some time, but all my missing Tidal albums and tracks seem to be back.
