Description of Issue

Some Qobuz CD do not play in Roon, but do play with BluOs app.
An example is the CD called Olympians from Vince Mendoza and the Metropole Orkest.
You see the little icon next to the track which indicates that the track is playing, but you don’t hear a sound. After a few seconds, you see that the second track is playing, again with no sound. The CD is 24 bit, 88.2 kHz.

This is a known issue with BlueOS and 88.2 kHz tracks. Apparently the problem is in BlueOS

Thanks for the quick response. However I am confused, because when I play the CD with BluOs app then it plays perfect. But when I play the file with Roon it does not.
Should I read your answer as: It is a firmware problem of NAD ?

Its a BluOS problem with Roon and that resolution that they need to fix.
