seems excluding the PHISH directory might be quickest way
oh no…i went and excluded PHISH in the exclusion entry and it said “you have no music” oh wait now it’s “adding music to Library”
think it worked…now 2300 or so tracks in the library to dump

well you were right to advise I just thought it would be the duplicate tracks but its more than that…shoot
what a mess
restored a backup and now back where i started. It seems if I delete the current folder phish that is on the external and then reload a phish file from the NAS storage and then have roon scan the external it seems like that may fix it and put all my phish files under one path/directory? maybe
interesting when i try and change the phish folder to PHISH through my MAC over network it tells me i cant use that name cause its being used even though there is no folder on the drive called PHISH
