Description of Issue

Not seen this before in over a year’s worth of use. 3 of the tracks on the EBTG album fuse cannot be played through Roon, with the message “This track is currently not available on Tidal”. The rest of the album plays as usual. If I go to the Tidal client on the same machine, those tracks all play as usual. No one else is using the Tidal account.

I see and can play 10 tracks on the Fuse album on Tidal.
Does that match the number of tracks you are seeing.
Which tracks are you having issues with?

I can see all 10 tracks, if I try to play 7,8 or 9 (Lost, Forever and Interior Space), it skips on to 10 Karaoke.

Have you checked under “Versions” to see if there has been a fresh release?

Great spot! There is another version (or possibly 2, the UI is a bit unclear) and that appears to play correctly. Thanks!

This happens all the time on both Tidal and Qobuz as licensing terms or agreements change.
I generally buy anything I really like.

I’m experiencing the same issue to the point that all of a sudden half on my new library is unplayable. I’m on a trial and have only added about 70 albums. I’m using Qobuz in Canada.

I’m trying to replace them, delete them, find new options. Sometimes the Roon interface allows me to find other versions. Other times not.

I guess the bottom line is if I can’t play them in Roon it has no purpose.

If it was one album not a big deal but so many albums are now unplayable, did something catastrophic recently happen between Roon and Qubuz Canada?
