Does this only occur with Tidal or Qobuz tracks (streaming services)? Diagnostics show the Tidal API refusing certain content because the account tier you’re using isn’t authorized for playback of those assets.
In most cases, this is because you’re using a trial account with the streaming service, and it’s limited to preview mode.
You mentioned your folders are missing. Do you still have the underlying network share listed in Settings → Storage, or has Roon entirely lost sight of the storage location? Do you still have access to the storage location over the network from another computer?
We’ll watch for your response and proceed from there. Thank you!
Circling back on this. Were you able to check whether the skipped Tidal or Qobuz tracks are tied to a trial-tier account, and whether the missing folders still appear under Settings → Storage? If the share is still listed, does Roon still have access to it from another computer on your network? Please reply with any updates or anything new you are seeing so we can keep going.
