Can anyone confirm if these still work with roon (2)
I have never purchased a sonos amp but have the perfect use for one, but only if I can control it from roon.

I have three rooms all running gen 1 Sonos endpoints. They work faultlessly with roon and run on the original Sonos S1 software.

Note that if you plan to group Sonos products, those that run on S1 software will not group with the newer products running on S2.
Well said, John. This is the very reason that I haven’t bought any new Sonos gear. S1 and S2 don’t play nicely together.
You can group them in Roon but not Sonos. I wouldn’t buy S1, but just letting people know
