· None of the above quite fits

None of the above quite fits

· Hello @support !
I have a Sonos speaker system. Some speakers appear correctly, with their names. Three of them are grouped together under the name "system output". In fact, it seems all the Play:1 speakers are displayed, but the Sonos One and One SL are missing.
Is there any settings to add all speakers ?

Hi @macarru,

Thank you for your post. Your screenshot shows four separate Zones rather than a group of Zones, if this is from the Zone selector in the bottom right corner of Roon.

On MacOS, System Output refers to the Mac’s selected sound output for coreaudio, usually the speakers or headphone jack on the computer itself.

Can you share a screenshot of your Settings → Audio page listing all available Zones? Do you see the missing One and OneSL speakers listed there as available Airplay Zones? Sonos has both Airplay and Sonos connectivity.

Does your home network include multiple mesh nodes or wireless extenders? If so, are the One and One SL in a different location than the rest of the speakers?

We’ll watch for your reply. Thank you!
