My SOtM sMS 200 ultra neo isn't detected by my roon app

Describe your network setup

Ubiquiti security gateway; Unifi switch; Intel NUC Roon Rock;
The Intel NUC Roon Rock is identified in the app and also the fact that it is connected to my NAS (QNAP)

Do you’ve activated Roon in the Neo itself?

Hi @Burkhardt_Petermann,

Thank you for your patience. According to diagnostics, RoonServer has an active instance of an SOtM endpoint and has played to this Zone in the last day.

Are you still encountering this issue?

Please check the system from Tim and not mine…
My Neo is playing without problems.
