I know this was discussed previously and the suggestion closed as ‘not possible’ due to Soundcloud’s per-application rate limits at the time (circa 2023).
However it looks like Soundcloud have cut deals with both RecordBox and Virtual DJ to allow Soundcloud subscribers to login to their accounts and view their libraries within those applications.

I’m guessing that as two of the main DJ suites their user base isn’t that far off Roon’s.
In light of the above, would it be worth getting back in touch with Soundcloud again and seeing if they are open to a discussion?
I realise Soundcloud is a bit niche and doesn’t exactly fit the current Roon model. But it’s archive of radio shows (a huge number of online radio stations use it to archive shows) and DJ mixes is second to none.
Integrated well, it could certainly help open Roon to a potentially new and maybe slightly younger audience. Danny mentioned that he contacted them once in the past so I assume their was some internal appetite for this at one point.
