Yeah. The translations are user contributions, but user contribution can only be sustained if it has an effect. If things get noticed and voted for but aren’t updated, users stop contributing.
As for ARC specifically, the translation service is somehow broken, so updates are not happening, and it is taking forever to fix it.
I did not know the flagship of Roon was abandoned on the very easy way of forgetting other languages than native one, English.
I am pretty sure there is a lot of “eye-pain” around the translation in many languages.
