Spinning circle in displaying in Roon [Metadata Improver: Halted]

Description of Issue

I have a spinning circle displaying in the picture of my iPad and iMac when using Roon. The circle is on the top right corner to to the left of the add bookmark icon. The playback of music from the Roon server is working fine.

When I press the icon I get a new picture and the spinning circle is to the left of a line saying

Adding music to library : of 1 tracks, 1 added 0 identified.
Automatic backup an metadata improver (paused).
