Spinning wheel (adding music to library error) [FIXED]

I have a problem, where the circle at the top right hand side of the window keeps spinning, even after the initial analysis of my collection. When I click on it, I get the following error:

It’s been like this for a couple of days now, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Everything else is running fine and I’m really enjoying the new software. Many thanks.

Have you tried restarting your Roon core app?

Hi Greg - yes, sorry, I should have mentioned that I have already tried this. Thanks

All fixed - I went through all my ‘unidentified’ albums, and one album in particular made Roon crash every time I clicked on ‘identify album’. So, I deleted this album and everything is fine now.
