Spinning wheel - Forever scanning

Description Of Issue

Spinning circle/wheel in top right corner keeps spinning since I started trial in November last year. Now lifetime subscriber. Didn’t know it was an issue until reading other posts in support section. No skipped or corrupt files detected. There were some unreadable (TIFF) image files detected, scans of album art which I have since deleted and replaced with .jpeg files.

Going by @MrSalieri post HERE, I managed to find the culprit file.

In my case it turned out to be the character below:
Capture Should be L’Île (Island).

Tags are correct, just the file name that somehow got messed up.

You have to watch out for strange characters in file names and check before adding to library to avoid scanning problems.
