Description of Issue

Loaded Roon onto my Mac.
Had trouble logging in but that finally worked and now I am stuck on a screen that says
Start your subscription and offers nothing else.

Please try to login to your account on the web and check that/if you have an active subscription listed. If you have one, you should probably ping the accounts team here. Read also:

Roon Account Issues For account-related questions that needs staff review, please notify our accounts team by flagging the newly created @accounts flag. I logged in no problem. Tried it again. Start your subscription page again. Then nothing.
I don’t know how to flag accounts but will have a look. Thanks.

Visit roonlabs.com/account, and start a trial. You currently have no license so you can’t log in.

They have my cc info and state as much if I try to enter it again. I don’t know what to do.
I have sent them emails. I guess wait and see.
My neighbor raves and I would love to try it. A little frustrating but I’ll have patience.
