@support I have had such hard luck with my current version of Roon (losing playlists, etc) I would like to start over from scratch
do I simply go to Roon labs.com and sign in and go from there,or would it be better to use a the roon app.

You just need to stop the Roon application, delete the Roon database and then restart the Roon application.

(After Update and Scan is complete Roon displays 0 everything) in the Roon Knowledge Base.
When you re-start Roon it will recreate an initial database and prompt you to log in again with your Roon account.
