Static IP address for ROCK set outside Router DHCP server range

I accidentally set a Static IP address for ROCK of which is outside my routers maximum DHCP server range of!!!

I can no longer therefore access ROCK via my network.

Is there a way to manually configure the IP address, perhaps using a Linux command line approach? Any other way to fix this?
