Hallo,

Ich verwende zwei iPads zur Steuerung von Roon,

Roon Core läuft auf einem Synology Nas mit DSM 7

iPad Pro 11 Zoll ist von 2018 mit IOS 16.3.1

iPad Pro 12,9 Zoll ist von 2022 mit IOS 16.3.1

Man kann sich nicht gleichzeitig mit beiden iPads mit dem Roon Core verbinden,

jedes iPad für sich geht !

iPad Pro 11 Zoll ist mit dem Roon Core mit der App verbunden, Starte ich die App auf dem

iPad Pro 12,9 Zoll verliert das iPad Pro 11 Zoll die Verbindung und kann den Roon Core nicht mehr

finden.

Das gleiche verhalten ist auch andersherum, wenn ich die App auf dem iPad Pro 12,9 Zoll

starte und dann auf dem iPad Pro 11 verliert das iPad Pro 12,9 Zoll die Verbindung !

Ist dieses Verwalten bekannt ?

Gibt es dazu ein Update ?

Sollte nicht so sein. Ist Roon auf beiden iPads die aktuelle Version? Sollte 2.0 Build 1219 sein. Nicht vergessen dass die Updates aus dem App Store kommen.

Und Roon auf dem NAS auch up to date?

Hey @Klaus_Kraft,

Sorry for the delay in following up on your thread, and I appreciate your patience while we work through the community.

Have you tried any apps like Fing to scan your network and verify that both your iPads are on the same sub-net?

Did you use Timemachine to restore or load a backup from one of the iPads to the other?

If possible, I would also suggest updating both iPads to the latest Roon build, and let me know if your issue persists. Thanks!

Yes I restored a backup !
I deleted the app on the iPad and reinstalled it
now it’s working
