What Steinway Lyngdorf product are you using, and how is it connected to your Roon server? Is it listed under Settings → Audio → Roon Ready, and enabled?

Thanks for sharing your problem here.

We can see that you have a few Steinway Lyngdorf devices in your setup.

Also, we noticed that you have two Steinway Lyngdorf devices with the same MAC address. They are on IPs 10.0.50.233 and 10.0.50.234.

This might cause connection problems.

Please check and confirm that all of your Steinway Lyngdorf devices are connected to your router using only Wi-Fi or only a wired connection, and not both at the same time.

Please confirm the IP address of the one that is failing, or let us know if all of them are failing.

Also, please share a few screenshots of the Audio section from Roon Settings.

Thanks Alex.We have two Steinway P100 with those addresses I will check the mac address conflict.
