Streaming and update issues with Roon Bridge and mobile app (ref#Y8AYAP)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· Cannot stream to roon bridge or my mobile phone which is running the app.

They are both shown with status = enabling in the audio menu under settings in the mobile app.

I have some squeezebox endpoints which are working.

All endpoints were working until recently.

In addition I cannot load the latest update to roon server. When I attempt to download it, roon displays "There was an error checking for an update"
I have restarted the roon server.

Versions:
- Server Build 1598 on linux
- Bridge Build 1501
- Andriod Remote Build 1629

Tell us about your home network

· Router is a Telstra Smartmodem 4
No extenders or VPNs.
No network changes made recently

You seem to be running an old version (1598 from December) on the server. However, the Bridge was updated to the new Production version (1501).

This is incompatible. You need to update to current versions.

According to our records, your Roon Server is running version 2.57 or 2.58, while your remotes are on version 2.60.

Please update your Roon Server and check again.

I downloaded the latest version and all endpoints are functioning. Thanks for your assistance.
